A follow-up game titled Bratz Party Night was in development at UbiSoft casablanca for a 2003 release as a tie-in for the Formal Funk collection. Development was halted when MGA ended their partnership with Ubisoft, which resulted in a lawsuit that Ubisoft would win; however, a cover for the game and a demo trailer exist.
