The studio was established in 2001 in Alexandria, Egypt by Maher Farag . It focused on developing games with ancient Egyptian (Pharaonic) themes aimed at the Western market. it collaborated with several indie game publishers, including Big Fish Games, Dexterity Software, and Magnussoft. In 2005, the studio closed due to financial difficulties.
