An Egyptian game company based in Cairo since the early 1980s, led by Saad Abulhassan, specializing in developing games for CPC Amastrad. It was one of the first Arab companies to deal with the early publishers of Amstrad CPC software at the time (AMSOFT ) It disappeared after its last game in 1985

The studio was established in 2001 in Alexandria, Egypt by Maher Farag . It focused on developing games with ancient Egyptian (Pharaonic) themes aimed at the Western market. it collaborated with several indie game publishers, including Big Fish Games, Dexterity Software, and Magnussoft. In 2005, the studio closed due to financial difficulties.
